The center part of my hinge fell off. A friend of mine has one and the same part is missing. It still works, but leaves a wire exposed. I never dropped or abused the phone. The part just fell off. Not very rugged in my opinion.

I got this phone in December of 2010 and I have had to replace it five times in the last nine months. This is the most unreliable phone I have ever had. The screen goes black causing me to have to replace it, it drops calls, and one of the ones I had could not hold a charge for more than an hour. Even though it is a very nice looking phone, It was very unreliable and I was not happy with it at all.

I purchased a HTC freestyle from AT&T in April and I have had nothing but problems. I have returned 3 phones thus far. The first phone I returned in May and I have returned 2 phones in the last week. Two of the phones I have received have had the same problem & 1 phone I had the screen would freeze. Needless to say, don’t waste your money.

I tried newest jailbreak directly to my iPhone using jailbreakme.com but it says that I have to down grade? Is there any other option? My phone is already jailbroken, I just wanted to upgrade, thanks, Sarah
